Shipping conditions

Orders placed will be sent via NACEX, MAIL BOXES or CORREOS.

If you place an order before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday), that order will be processed early that same afternoon. If you place an order after 2pm or on a public holiday, the order will be processed on the following working day. This is because the carrier picks up the packages early in the afternoon.

These are standard processing times. Occasionally, exceptional circumstances such as an excess of orders or other circumstances beyond our control may cause the dispatch of your order to be delayed. In any case, we will send you an email when your products are dispatched so that you can know when you will receive them.

All of this refers to products in stock. If your order includes products that are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to speed up the process.

Once the products leave our warehouse, the normal delivery time will be within 24/48 hours.

Payment methods

In our store you can choose the payment method that suits you best:

Bank Transfer: If it is more convenient for you, you can make the payment by bank transfer, and in this way, you will not have to provide any bank details on your part. Once you place the order, we will contact you to give you the account number and make the deposit. When we receive the transfer we will notify you and send you your products.

Credit/debit card (Online Payment): you can pay with any VISA, Mastercard or 4B card.
When making the payment you will be redirected to a secure page of the entity where you will have to enter your card details and it will be this entity that proceeds to obtain the authorization of the payment from your bank. These details of your card are not in our possession at any time. In addition, all communications related to the payment between your browser, our server and the server of the entity are protected by the secure SSL protocol, as you can see if you look at the image of the padlock at the bottom of your browser. All this ensures that payment by card is safe, convenient and efficient.

My conditions: If you are a professional client and you have already arranged a payment method with us, these conditions will be maintained.

Payment is always made in Euros.

Returns

We are sure that you will be delighted with the products you order from us, but there may be times when you need to return an item to us. We want the process to be as simple as possible.

Once you have received your order, you have 7 days to examine the products received and during this period you can request a return, only in the case of a defective product, and request a new one in good condition, provided that we have it in stock.

The first thing you have to do to return a product is to contact us either by phone or by email and we will inform you of the procedures to follow.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and with all the components inside. We reserve the right not to accept a return that does not arrive in this condition.

Once we have received the returned product, we will proceed to send you a new one or refund your money (in case of lack of stock of the same).

In the case of a refund, this will be made by transfer to the bank account that you indicate, within a maximum period of one week from receipt of the products in our warehouse.
